The geometrical optics, in addition to the diffracted and scattered fields, are analyzed numerically. A series-based method is introduced and applied to the wedge problem with soft boundary condition. The fields are examined numerically. The numerical results show that the proposed method is suitable for analysis of these kinds of problems.
