(Elsevier, 2026) Baleanu, Dumitru; Defterli, Ozlem; Sabir, Zulqurnain; Abdelkawy, M. A.
Objective: The aim of current research is to present the numerical performances of the cancer treatment model based on chemotherapy and stem cells using one of the heuristic computing neural network procedures. The cancer treatment model through chemotherapy and stem cells is categorized into stem cells, affected cells, tumor cells, and chemotherapy-based concentration drug. Method: A process of artificial neural network is applied using the hybrid optimization of global and local search schemes, which are taken as genetic algorithm (GA) and an active set (AS). An error-based fitness function is designed by using the differential model and then optimized by the hybridization of both global and local search schemes. GA is applied to exploit the global result and give a primary guess to the AS that further improves the results locally. AS is rooted in the GA, where GA produces new populaces and AS optimizes the fitness function for every individual. The hybridization of these two schemes is used iteratively for purifying the results. Ten numbers of neurons and log-sigmoid activation functions has been used to solve the cancer treatment model based on chemotherapy and stem cells. Results: For the correctness of the stochastic solver, the obtained numerical results have been compared with any traditional scheme. Moreover, the reliability and capability of the scheme are performed through the absolute error around 10-05 to 10-07 along with different statistical approaches for solving the mathematical model. Novelty: The proposed artificial neural network structure along with the hybrid optimization of global and local search schemes has never been implemented before to solve the cancer treatment model based on chemotherapy and stem cells.

(Tech Science Press, 2022) Alnahdi, Abeer S.; Jeelani, Mdi Begum; Abdelkawy, Mohamed A.; Raja, Muhammad Asif Zahoor; Baleanu, Dumitru; Hussain, Muhammad Mubashar; Sabir, Zulqurnain
The present investigations are associated with designing Morlet wavelet neural network (MWNN) for solving a class of susceptible, infected, treatment and recovered (SITR) fractal systems of COVID-19 propagation and control. The structure of an error function is accessible using the SITR differential form and its initial conditions. The optimization is performed using the MWNN together with the global as well as local search heuristics of genetic algorithm (GA) and active-set algorithm (ASA), i.e., MWNN-GA-ASA. The detail of each class of the SITR nonlinear COVID-19 system is also discussed. The obtained outcomes of the SITR system are compared with the Runge-Kutta results to check the perfection of the designed method. The statistical analysis is performed using different measures for 30 independent runs as well as 15 variables to authenticate the consistency of the proposed method. The plots of the absolute error, convergence analysis, histogram, performance measures, and boxplots are also provided to find the exactness, dependability and stability of the MWNN-GA-ASA.

(Pergamon-elsevier Science Ltd, 2022) Ben Said, Salem; Baleanu, Dumitru; Sabir, Zulqurnain; Said, Salem Ben
The aim of this research is to present an investigation based on the fractional derivatives and perturbation factors for the novel singular system. This study also presents a novel design of the fractional perturbed singular system by using the conventional Lane-Emden form together with the features of fractional order values, singular points, perturbed terms and shape factors. An analysis based on the fractional order derivative and perturbation factors is provided using the novel singular form of the Lane-Emden system in two different ways with three different variations. The numerical representations based on the novel design of the fractional perturbed singular system are presented through the Meyer wavelet neural networks (MWNNs). The optimization is performed by using the hybrid efficiency of the global swarming particle swarm optimization (PSO) scheme along with the local interior -point algorithm (IPA). The modeling through the MWNN is signified through the novel fractional perturbed singular system through the mean square error along with the PSOIPA optimization. The exactness, verification, endorsement and excellence of the novel fractional perturbed singular system are authenticated through the comparison of the obtained and the true solutions. The reliability of the stochastic procedure is performed by using the statistical measures with a large domain of the dataset to analyze the fractional derivatives and perturbation factors for the novel singular system.

(World Scientific Publ Co Pte Ltd, 2021) Umar, Muhammad; Raja, Muhammad Asif Zahoor; Baleanu, Dumitru; Sabir, Zulqurnain
This study is related to explore the Gudermannian neural network (GNN) for solving a nonlinear SITR COVID-19 fractal system by using the optimization efficiencies of a genetic algorithm (GA), a global search technique and sequential quadratic programming (SQP) and a quick local search scheme, i.e. GNN-GA-SQP. The nonlinear SITR COVID-19 fractal system is dependent on four collections: "susceptible", "infected", "treatment" and "recovered". For the optimization procedures through the GNN-GA-SQP, a merit function is constructed using the nonlinear SITR COVID-19 fractal system and its corresponding initial conditions. The description of each collection of the nonlinear SITR COVID-19 fractal system is provided along with comprehensive detail. The comparison of the achieved numerical result performances of each collection of the nonlinear SITR COVID-19 fractal system is performed with the Adams results to verify the exactness of the designed computational GNN-GA-SQP. The statistical processes based on different operators are presented for 30 independent trials using 5 neurons to authenticate the consistency of the designed computational GNN-GA-SQP. Moreover, the graphs of absolute error (AE), performance indices, and convergence measures along with the boxplots and histograms are also plotted to check the stability, exactness and reliability of the designed computational GNN-GA-SQP.

(Elsevier, 2023) Javeed, Shumaila; Ahmed, Iftikhar; Baleanu, Dumitru; Riaz, Muhammad Bilal; Sabir, Zulqurnain; Faiz, Zeshan; Bilal Riaz, Muhammad
The current study presents the numerical solutions of the Wolbachia invasive model (WIM) using the neural network Levenberg-Marquardt (NN-LM) backpropagation technique. The dynamics of the Wolbachia model is categorized into four classes, namely Wolbachia-uninfected aquatic mosquitoes (A*n), Wolbachia-uninfected adult female mosquitoes (Fn*), Wolbachia-infected aquatic mosquitoes (A*w), and Wolbachia-infected adult female mosquitoes (F*w). A reference dataset for the proposed NN-LM technique is created by solving the Wolbachia model using the Runge-Kutta (RK) numerical method. The reference dataset is used for validation, training, and testing of the proposed NN-LM technique for three different cases. The obtained numerical results from the proposed neural network technique are compared with the results obtained from the RK method for accuracy, correctness, and efficiency of the designed methodology. The validation of the proposed solution methodology is checked through the mean square error (MSE), error histograms, error plots, regression plots, and fitness plots.

(World Scientific Publ Co Pte Ltd, 2023) Baleanu, Dumitru; Raja, Muhammad Asif Zahoor; Alshomrani, Ali S. S.; Hincal, Evren; Sabir, Zulqurnain
This study shows the design of the Meyer wavelet neural networks (WNNs) to perform the numerical solutions of the spread of computer virus with kill signals, i.e. SEIR-KS system. The optimization of the SEIR-KS system is performed by the Meyer WNNs together with the optimization through the genetic algorithm (GA) and sequential quadratic (SQ) programming, i.e. Meyer WNNs-GASQ programming. A sigmoidal-based log-sigmoid function is implemented as an activation function, while 10 numbers of neurons work with 120 variables throughout this study. The correctness of the proposed Meyer WNNs-GASQP programming is observed through the comparison of the obtained and reference numerical solutions. For the consistency and reliability of the Meyer WNNs-GASQ programming, an analysis based on different statistical procedures is performed using 40 numbers of independent executions. Moreover, the use of different statistical operators like mean, median, minimum, standard deviation and semi-interquartile range further validates the correctness of the Meyer WNNs-GASQ programming for solving the SEIR-KS system.
