| dc.description.abstract | This paper presents a droplet based single cell screening concept, where the cells encapsulated in microdroplets are monitored by integrating a commercial CMOS image sensor to the microfluidic chip. The images acquired through the image sensor are streamed and processed via an Android-based application on smartphone.
